If you are registering to attend the conference you DO NOT pay for a meal plan. Your meal costs are included in your registration fee. Dining and special events packages are available for accompanying guests, spouses and children at additional cost as indicated on the Registration website.
When you are completing your online registration, PLEASE select your entrée for the dinners on Sunday and Tuesday nights.
A refund will be made upon written request prior to July 1, 2013; however, $150 will be retained for administrative costs. No refunds will be made after July 1, 2013. All cancellations must be received in writing. We reserve the right to cancel the program if necessary. Full registration fees will be refunded for cancelled programs. The University cannot be responsible for reimbursement of airline or other transportation fares, hotel or rental car charges, including penalties.
